Exchange/Return Notice

1. You must apply for exchanges and returns within 14 days of delivery.
2. In case of exchange or return because of product defect or mis delivery, you must apply within 14 days of receipt.
3. If you apply for a return within the site, It will be applied to retrieval automatically. (You can repackage the item and deliver it to the courier when he visits. )
4. When you send the product, please repackage all components as they are received.
5. If you purchased it through other site please exchange and return it on the site.
6. The roundtrip shipping fee is designated as depends on the countries.

Notification of No Exchange/Return

1. If an application for return is not filed within the exchange/return period (14 days from the date of product receipt)
2. In the case of repaired and washed products
3. If the value of the product is damaged due to carelessness of the customer (marks of wearing, removal of tags, stains, tears, cosmetic marks, etc.)
